Financial Policy

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact our business office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards bearing their logos, and most other major credit cards. We are also able to offer third-party treatment financing plans including CareCredit®, Springstone plan and Chase Health Advance in certain situations.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance plans will only reimburse you for a percentage of the cost of treatment. We can usually estimate what this coverage will be, and will only require you to pay the difference until your claim has been processed. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
