I received a bill from almost two years ago with a balance of almost $450 for a tooth extraction. Prior to the procedure, I had a consultation with the biller and was told my out of pocket was $ 350 which I agreed to and paid in full on the day of my procedure. In the past almost two years, I received nothing from them. Now they are sending a bill for $450 saying insurance didn't cover the anesthesia. This is ridiculous! If they had told me about this charge two years ago I would go somewhere else to have my tooth pulled. And I paid what I agreed on. Where were they for the past two years?

Let me start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. Molen was amazing when it came down to my wisdom teeth surgery. I had all 4 taken out and it was a breeze. From start to finish the office staff, nurses and Dr. made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety going into my surgery but they made it super calming and reassured me I’d be fine which made me less nervous. Definitely recommend! I had a quick and smooth recovery.
