From start to finish this was a fantastic experience, have zero hesitation referring anyone and everyone here. I went to the office with jaw pain from an infected plate placed during a previous jaw surgery. During my consultation Dr. Molen was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. He was very thorough and informative, but most importantly personable! After that the financial coordinators went over my insurance and let me know how they should pay. They were friendly and took the time to explain to me how and why insurance was paying what they were. From there I went to the back for surgery where Dr. Molen himself started the IV and before I knew it I was awake! This is definitely the way to do it, no worrying about getting numb, being in pain, or hearing all the dreadful noises that come with dental appointments. I was out of work the first time I had my adjacent plate removed with a different oral surgeon, this time around I was back on my feet the very next day! That night I even got a call from Dr. Molen to see how I was doing. I am so impressed with how this whole experience has gone from start to finish. While I hope I never have to see them again to get anything else removed, I would have zero qualms and know I would be in the best of hands.

I needed 2 abscessed teeth extracted and chose to have this done at Molen Oral Surgery. The staff was caring, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Dr. Molen, was not your standard dentist. I am not a huge fan of dental visits either. He listened to my concerns and proposed a treatment that was not only financially workable for me, but helped to get my teeth back. I ended up needing more than one surgery in their office, due to the infection and bone loss I had. Both surgeries were smooth, efficient and I felt well enough the day after the surgery to go back to work. I am very thankful for Dr. Molen and his staff and everything they have done for me. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who needs Oral Surgery!!!

Terrible service and experience. It has been two weeks since my wisdom teeth extraction and my left side is still swollen and numb. The doctor said, "We really beat you up.", and I would call that an understatement. The surgery lacked attention to detail and customer care. Don't suggest you EVER go here or send your children here. Seriously unpleasant experience.
