I mean, no one loves oral surgery, but if you have to get it done I highly recommend Dr. Molen and his staff. Everyone is very nice, the office is very clean, and Dr. Molen is good at what he does.

Please double check the cancellation policy and “estimates”. We were quoted $600 to $700 for a removal of two wisdom teeth. When we got there, the estimate was $900 because they claimed that $600 to $700 was what they thought for one tooth. The referral and my phone call both were for 2 teeth. The cancellation policy was $200 and because of the mixup they offered to waive it for us and we could wait on the surgery. However, due to scheduling, we needed to do it. When asked to speak to the office manager or the person that gave me the quote I was told they would call me back. When they called they admitted it was an error on their part. They should’ve called me with an updated quote because they still claimed it was for one tooth. They had it noted 600-700 and notes that was the estimate. They said they should have called me with update but still confused on that. They never did call so what I thought was going to be $600 because on the phone they said it would be more likely $600 and 700 turned into $900. Instead of offering a $200 credit or something for admitting they were completely in the wrong. They said they do better next time and train their staff. Multiple family members have went here and not knowing that they had similar experiences.

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was fast and everyone there was super nice and Dr. Molen texted me later to make sure I was doing fine. Would recommend to anyone looking for dental surgery 100%!
