For the reason is for the ONE STAR that apply to the front desk , there has to be written policy or visual for patient that are of aware of the $150.00 reschedule fee . As well they need to have some compassion for a person with disability. These ladies need how they conduct themselves around their clients and visitors , laughing and gossiping especially when the patient is coming out surgery , I may be out or groggy but I can sense and feel / hear what being said.
