Dr. Molen and his entire office is absolutely amazing!!! My son was having pain from his wisdom tooth and they got him in same day on a Friday afternoon to do a removal of all four wisdom teeth!! The staff was so nice and caring, we can’t thank them enough! Dr. Molen also did an implant for myself two years ago and it went flawless and healed perfectly! We will never go to any other oral surgeon from now on!!

Hi my name is Ray and let me explain my experience here. It was actually my sister who recived services here however, my experience was with the staff and what my review is based on. On 10/27/23 i took my sister here for an appointment. I had to drive back home first to take her child to school. And thet were going to call me 15 minutes before she was finished to give me time to return. We agreed on this and it was discussed before the procedure began. I was called by a staff member there. I was informed that my sisters procedure was finished, and she was ready to be picked up (no call before as agreed). When I informed the lady on the phone that I would b e 25 minutes out, she got really rude with me and took a condescending tone with me asking me how long it would take for me to get there and seemed angry with me that I was not in the parking lot. Later about 18 minutes to be precise, she called me back while I was on the freeway and started questioning me when I was going to be there and then hung up on me. I was completely blown away by this. I have never encountered people at a medical practice so rude before. Later my sister told me that in between calls with me they were complaining about break times in front of her and that 2 ladies were upset that I was not in the parking lot when she finished. It is not okay to have conversations like this in front of a patient and make them feel bad for a situation out of their control. Its also extremely unprofessional to talk to me that way when this was all explained and agreed upon before the produre started.

I had an urgency to get my wisdom tooth out. I literally called multiple offices and none of them were able to help. I Called their Auburn office, and these girls in front desk were on top of it. They got me scheduled for the next day. Dr. Molen was very knowledgeable, and great to chat with. He was very professional and has a sense of humor to him. His Dental anesthesia assistant was the sweetest. She is also very knowledgeable. Overall, they made me feel welcomed and did great work. I highly recommend this place because it is also pretty hard to find a very well all-around oral surgeon office. I am also starting dental assisting school this fall so the amount of teamwork I saw in this office was amazing and makes me hope I get to find an awesome team like theirs. Keep up the great work!

What an amazing experience. I put this off so so long because I had my face reconstructed when I was 15. I don’t like people near my eyes and mouth because of that. Dr. Mullen was SUPER education and confident in a way that really put me at ease. The procedure from the waiting room to the consult to the procedure room was inviting and friendly. Jessica chatting with me as we were preparing and really made me comfortable. She hooked me up with some “cool” sun glasses and I promise I’m doing that post in Hawaii Jessica. I even got a follow up this evening checking in on me and making sure I’m doing ok. I’ll be recommending this location to absolutely everyone I know!
